Weekly schedule

A structured week, built around performance

Our weekly schedule is built to combine focused individual work with high-level group training. Each session has a clear purpose, helping athletes develop their skills, apply them on the piste and grow with consistency throughout the week.

Morning

Every morning is dedicated to individual 1:1 training sessions. This is the time to focus on personal development, refine technique and work closely with coaches on specific goals.

Afternoon

Fencing group sessions run from 17:30 to 20:00, focusing on tactical application and competitive scenarios:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday – Brescia
  • Tuesday, Thursday – Bergamo

Saturday and Sunday

Individual 1:1 sessions are available in Bergamo on request during the weekend, offering additional flexibility for athletes who want to organise extra or more intensive training.
